Food Technology Officer Grade C41 carry out food safety and quality control tasks on the food industry, domestic food and import compliance, food export control and food analysis based on the food act 1983 and regulations thereunder. They responsible for conducting surveillance activities and analysis of food safety risks, codex and standards, food safety policy, halal certification and ensuring food safety in KEMAS kindergarten.
