Pilot/ Pilot Examiner Grade AT41 responsible for ensuring civil aviation is conducted safely through supervision of licensing activities of all airmen and Flight Dispatchers of civil aviation, issuance of air dispatcher certificates conducting civil aviation activities, determining competent and safe airmen and aircraft through flight testing and conducting air accident investigations when necessary.
