Fine Arts Teacher educate students in specific theory and, primarily, practice-based fine arts courses at a specialised fine arts school or conservatory at a higher education level, including drawing, painting and sculpturing. Training Officer Grade E41 conducting and providing training includes preparing teaching plans, explanatory papers, working papers, assignment papers and teaching aids as well as ensuring the achievement of skills by trainees, teaching in practice and theory.
